All of my offerings are designed to get you back in touch with your essential self and the sense of purpose that arises from remembering who you are.  This world is hard on sensitive souls like us and it’s so easy to get a little lost sometimes, especially those of us who are living in the margins.  I like to think of what I am offering here as a lighthouse to guide you back to your own inner shores, the home that never ceases to exist, where resources are abundant and profound transformation is possible.  The main modalities I use are astrology, hypnosis + guided trance journeys, essence therapy, with a splash of coaching and divination sprinkled on top.  So bring your confusion, your doubts and your curiosity and we will find your path back home.

GOLDEN THREAD: LIFE PURPOSE READING (90 MINUTES) $333

If you are like me, you have been asking yourself the question “why am I here?” for most of your life. Maybe you also feel like you are on a cosmic treasure hunt to find the answer to that question?  Or you have been finding clues along your path and making meaning out of your experiences and have some sense of your purpose, but still feel a little lost?  Maybe you’ve been doing what you thought you should be doing, but know deep in your bones that there is more to life for you? If any of these things feel true in this moment, this reading is for YOU! 

In our time together, we will explore the archetypal forces that are at play through you and your life in order to gain clarity on why you are here and what gifts you are meant to share with the world.  Using astrology and tarot, we will discover the path and purpose your soul chose for this life…that golden thread at the center of the life you are weaving. We will then intuitively select an essence blend to aid in aligning you with that purpose, using flower, gem and environmental essences.  You will also receive a special ritual package (after our session) to further support our work together which will include a handmade candle, ritual guide, and special guided meditation to connect you with the gift of your own golden thread.

INNER ALCHEMY: SINGLE HYPNOSIS SESSION (60 MINUTES) $199

Are you at a loss of how to make change in yourself and your life? Feeling stuck and wanting something more for yourself?  Tired of trying so hard to shift an outdated pattern? Just curious about your inner world and what lives inside of you?  Let’s explore it with hypnosis!

 In this intuitive hypnosis session, I will guide you on a journey through your inner world to find the resources and healing available within you. Hypnosis is an amazing tool for shifting out of patterns you’ve outgrown, connecting with your most authentic self, bringing healing to your inner children, taming the inner critic, jumping timelines, finding your creative spark, exploring your parts and so much more.  In this session, we will begin by dropping into the present moment and then talking about your issue and where you want to go with it. I will then lead you into a deeply relaxing hypnotic state where you can bypass your rational mind and explore the symbols and imagery of your subconscious mind.  In this state, we will work together to make inner change so that you can experience the outer change you are seeking by accessing the medicine of your imagination. These sessions often feel like a personalized guided meditation and basically are…just with a bit more intention! Please note that while quick shifts are quite possible in one session using hypnosis, it often takes several sessions or more to make lasting changes in your inner world and outer life.  An inner alchemy session is a great place to begin.

TIME TRAVELLER: PAST LIFE HYPNOSIS SESSION (60 MINUTES) $199

Curious about what other lives your soul has lived?  Trying to understand or unwind a current life pattern that seems to go lifetimes deep? Ever feel inexplicably drawn to a place you’ve never been? Let’s time travel back to a past life and see what treasures, gifts and insights await!

 Sometimes, you just need to witness and understand where you’ve been to make sense out of your current lifetime and all it encompasses. Sometimes there is a key buried in the past that can open a door to the future and all you have to do is find it. In this session, I will guide you on a deeply relaxing hypnotic journey back through time to a past life that has some medicine for you in your current lifetime.  You will explore different experiences and memories of this past life and see what jewels you can uncover and bring back to your current life and what things you want to release in that life to create healing that ripples through time. Though past life hypnosis is quite gentle and usually very illuminating, on occasion, a difficult or disturbing past life can come up.  I will do my very best to guide you in a way that feels safe and comfortable and will never make you stay in an experience that doesn’t feel right. That said, please reflect on whether your mental and emotional capacity is a good fit for this type of hypnosis before booking a time traveller session to ensure you get what you need from our work together.

INNER ALCHEMY JOURNEY: 3 HYPNOSIS SESSIONS (ONE 90 MINUTE + TWO 60 MINUTE) $555

 This package includes 3 Inner Alchemy sessions to be used within 6 months. Since it often takes several sessions or more to make lasting changes in your inner world and life using hypnosis, this package is a great way to save some money and alchemize your inner world at the same time! 

 In each intuitive hypnosis session, I will guide you on journeys through your inner world to find the resources and healing available within you. Hypnosis is an amazing tool for shifting out of patterns you’ve outgrown, connecting with your most authentic self, connecting with your inner children, taming the inner critic, jumping timelines, finding your creative spark, exploring your parts and so much more.  In each session, we will begin by dropping into the present moment and then checking in about your issue and where you want to go with it. I will then lead you into a deeply relaxing hypnotic state where you can bypass your rational mind and explore the symbols and imagery of your subconscious mind.  In this state, we will work together to make inner change so that you can experience the outer change you are seeking by accessing the medicine of your imagination. These sessions often feel like a personalized guided meditation and basically are…just with a bit more intention! At the end of our first session, we will intuitively select an essence blend to support whatever alchemical process you are in, using flower, gem and environmental essences (our first session may run 15-20 minutes longer than 1 hour to make room for this addition).
